Design Concept
A thoughtful fusion of contemporary architectural minimalism, warm organic stone textures, and intelligent spatial design.
Heritage Social Pavilion
Positioned on the ground floor, the open-plan common lounge is designed as a tranquil social sanctuary. Raw stone hearths, plush subterranean seating, and warm ambient perimeter lighting offer guests an inviting environment to relax, read, and converse.
By prioritizing uncluttered geometric proportion and natural materials, the lounge acts as a quiet filter against external noise, fostering genuine relaxation.

Hydronic Bath Pavilion
Engineered for deep daily restoration, every ensuite bathroom features continuous 24/7 hot and cold water infrastructure, floating marble vanities, frameless glass rain showers, and polished stone tile accents.
Recessed warm backlighting and refined sanitary fittings turn daily hygiene into a serene spa-like experience.
Sun-Drenched Culinary Studio
Bathed in natural morning sunlight, the culinary and dining gallery integrates quartzite preparation blocks with custom timber cabinetry, a double-door refrigerator, and a separate RO purified water dispenser.
Generous window apertures connect the dining space directly to nature, providing an uplifting setting for every meal.

Sustainable Infrastructure
Every building system is engineered for modern luxury, energy efficiency, and low-environmental impact without compromising aesthetic warmth.
RO Water Purifier
A separate RO purified water dispenser delivers pure, crystal-clear drinking water.
Hydronic Water Loop
High-pressure hydronic water loops ensure instant, continuous hot and cold water availability across all bathroom units.
Thermal Double-Glazing
Low-emissivity double-glazed glass maintains interior climate stability while framing panoramic outdoor views.

Cantilevered Mountain Terrace
Extending out toward the autumn forest, the private cantilevered terrace is built from weather-resistant deodar timber. It provides unobstructed outdoor seating overlooking mountain valley streams and natural autumn foliage.
Whether taking in morning fresh air or stargazing at night, the terrace deck connects residents intimately to the alpine environment.
