Seasonal Rates
Our residency rates fluctuate depending on Srinagar's seasonal shifts. Rates are detailed per night, exclusive of local taxes.

Standard Inclusions
All standard bookings automatically include the following services:
- Gourmet Kashmiri breakfast served in the Culinary Studio or on the Dal Lake Terrace.
- Complimentary traditional saffron Kehwa served daily in the Kashmiri Lounge.
- Daily custom housekeeping, laundry service, and evening turndown.
- Complimentary high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Guided morning heritage walk around the local neighborhood (once per stay).
Deposits & Cancellation
Reservation Deposit
A 50% advance deposit of the total stay is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be settled 14 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a 5% admin fee. Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected upon check-in to cover potential property damage and incidental charges. This is fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out.
