Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and must be pre-arranged with the concierge.

Occupancy Limitations

The maximum occupancy for each residence is strictly enforced: 6 guests for the Chinar Penthouse, 4 guests for the Garden Terrace Duplex, and 2 guests for the Riverview Suite. Visitors are permitted in common areas but are not allowed overnight without prior registration.

Hidden Chinar features rare structural woodwork (such as Khatamband pine panels and carved walnut pillars). We request that guests treat the property with high care to preserve these historic elements.

• No adhesive tapes, pins, or hanging elements may be affixed to the timber walls or ceilings.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residences. Dedicated smoking zones are provided on the open rooftop terrace.
• Pets are not allowed inside the residences due to the delicate nature of the historical floor finishes and fabrics.

Fireplace Safety

Traditional stone hearths are active and may only be operated using dry logs provided by the concierge team. Please do not leave open fires unattended under any circumstances.

Quiet Hours

To preserve the peaceful, meditative ambiance of our sanctuary, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. High-volume music or loud gatherings are not permitted during these hours.
